General Objective: Develop project managers highly competent in planning, executing, and controlling complex projects, ensuring predictable deliveries, rigorous scope control, and agile execution.

Operational Objectives: By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

• Select and apply project life cycles (predictive, agile, hybrid).
• Build and structure a WBS and an RTM ensuring traceability.
• Elaborate project plans with schedule calculations using the Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Apply agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) in execution management.
• Manage stakeholders and conflicts using structured tools (RACI and Salience Model).

Target Audience: All people involved in small or large projects with great impact.
