Format:

General Objective: Develop leaders capable of designing, controlling, and optimizing complex operational systems, increasing process efficiency and profitability through advanced process engineering methodologies and statistical control.

Operational Objectives: By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

• Design and optimize processes reducing bottlenecks by at least 20%.
• Apply process capability concepts (Cp and Cpk) and statistical control (SPC) with 85% accuracy.
• Calculate and apply operational flow metrics (Takt Time and Little's Law).
• Develop and analyze value chains (Supply Network).
• Elaborate and execute integrated improvement plans using Lean and Six Sigma.
