187 000 AOA

Format:

  • Video lessons 4h - asynchronous (cost: 187,000 AOA)
  • Workshop 16h – Synchronous or in-person (cost: 540,721 AOA)
  • Simulation 8h – Synchronous or in-person (cost: 99,820 AOA)

General Objective: Develop leaders capable of designing, controlling, and optimizing complex operational systems, increasing process efficiency and profitability through advanced process engineering methodologies and statistical control.

Operational Objectives: By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

  • Design and optimize processes reducing bottlenecks by at least 20%.
  • Apply process capability concepts (Cp and Cpk) and statistical control (SPC) with 85% accuracy.
  • Calculate and apply operational flow metrics (Takt Time and Little's Law).
  • Develop and analyze value chains (Supply Network).
  • Elaborate and execute integrated improvement plans using Lean and Six Sigma.

Target Audience: Professionals, operations directors, and project managers wanting to transition from 'putting out fires' to operational supremacy.

Course Vision: "Amateur leaders put out fires; elite managers shield processes. Master global methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and advanced statistical control to protect financial margins and lead the supply chain."
